At Fundamental Skin Ckinic your satisfaction is important to us. We adhere to the guidelines set out by the Australian Consumer Law, and our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Services
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, missed appointments, or if you decide not to proceed with a booked treatment.
Results may vary from person to person due to factors beyond our control, such as individual skin type, lifestyle, or medical conditions. While we do our best to recommend suitable treatments, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes and therefore do not offer refunds based on treatment results.
If you have any concerns about your treatment, we ask that you contact us within 72 hours of your appointment so we can assess and offer a suitable resolution if required.

2. Products
We do not offer refunds on skincare or retail products for change of mind. Refunds or exchanges will only be provided if the product is faulty, damaged, or unfit for use in accordance with consumer law. Proof of purchase must be provided.

3. Prepaid Treatments & Packages
Prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of a medical condition or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us in writing for review.
Prepaid sessions must be used within the stated time frame or as per agreement at the time of purchase.

4. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers must be used before the expiry date and can be redeemed on services or products as outlined at the time of purchase.
