Welcome to Fundamental Skin. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These ensure a respectful and professional experience for all clients and staff.

 

1. Bookings & Deposits - To secure your appointment, we may require 25% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. All bookings can be made online, over the phone, or in person, and you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

 

2. Cancellations & No-Shows - We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend will result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee. No-shows may result in being asked to pre-pay in full for future bookings. We understand that life happens, and we’re happy to accommodate genuine emergencies – just reach out as soon as possible.

 

3. Late Arrivals - If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid disrupting other clients. Full payment will still apply for the original booking time.

 

4. Pricing & Payments - All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required on the day of service. We accept EFTPOS, credit cards, and any other methods listed on our website.

 

5. Contraindications & Client Responsibility - It’s your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or skin concerns before treatment. This ensures your safety and allows us to customise your service appropriately. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if, based on the information provided, it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

 

6. Results & Expectations - Results may vary between individuals and are dependent on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. While we aim for the best possible outcome, no guarantees can be made.

 

7. Gift Vouchers & Promotions - Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Expiry dates apply. Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless specified otherwise.

 

8. Changes to Terms - Fundamental Skin reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.
